REGISTRATION
Please ensure that all required details are provided in full, including your email address and contact mobile number. Failure to provide complete information may result in a lack of event details being sent to you. Additionally, teams that have registered online but not confirmed their participation will forfeit their place at the event.
PLAYER POOL REGISTRATION
Solo players can register to enter the player pool in which you will be a stand by player for any team that cant filed four players in the tournament. You will be assigned a team by the event organisers and are not guaranteed to play on the day. If you have successfully been selected for the player pool, you must arrive by the time posted on social media the night before your age group bracket.
ENTRY
Remember to bring proof of your registration to the event to ensure smooth entry. Please be aware that there are limited spots available in each category, and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you qualify in multiple categories, you will need to choose a single category to compete in during the finals.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Under 12's mixed Round Robin Exhibition players is open to players aged 12 and under on the date of the event.
Under 16's mixed category is open to players aged 16 and under on the date of the event.
Under 20's mixed category is open to players aged 20 and under on the date of the event.
Adults mixed category is open to players over 15 on the date of the event.
Please bring proof of age on the event day to verify your eligibility.
CHECK IN
On the day of the event, teams must check in at the registration desk. The schedule will be announced shortly after registration closes, so it's crucial for teams to be punctual to avoid losing their place. During registration, teams will receive their complimentary event t-shirts.
RULES
The FIBA 3x3 rules governing the tournament can be found on our website for reference. Regarding cancellations, we require a 14-day notice prior to the scheduled event. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full entry fee being charged. Please keep us informed about any changes or cancellations at least 14 days before the event to avoid charges. For those who wish to attend the event as spectators, entry is entirely free. We hope you have an exciting and enjoyable experience at the LVP 3x3 event!
